This location was acquired in 2000 and was the 1st Pho 2000 Restaurant in Los Angeles. It was an instant hit in Koreatown. Kenny re-decorated the new place - adding colors and artwork that are familiar to the Korean tradition and culture. The idea behind the renovation works was to give the place a neighborhood ambiance.
